Creating an Actor Context template

This procedure describes the steps for creating an Actor Context template.

You can create multiple templates. For example, you might create a template called "AllActors" that you would assign to any Actor you add to your system. AllActors would be linked to Actor Context values that all Actors on your system need.

Additionally, you might create another template, "ContractAdministrators," that would include Actor Context values needed by those who use the Contracts application.

  1. Navigate to the Administration Console through the method you use, for example, the Web app, HRT or FSM.
  2. From the menu, access Security > Actor Context Template > Create Actor Context Template.
  3. On the Actor Context Template list, select Add, provide a name for the template and select the Actor Context Values that should be linked to this template.
  4. Click Save when you are finished creating the template. Continue creating other templates as needed.
