Creating a custom email template for password reset
You can create a custom template for the email that is sent to users when they reset their passwords.
You do this by creating the text of the email template and then attaching the template to a password reset policy.

Create the email template.

Assign the new template to a password reset policy.
- Navigate to .
- Locate the existing password reset policy for the service you want to update, for example, the Candidate Space service and open it for editing.
- Attach the template you created in an earlier step and click Save.
