Sharing personalizations

You can share personalizations to make them available to other users without making the personalizations into configurations.

Select Configuration Console > Personalization > Console or Configuration Console > Personalization > Master.
Select an item and click Share.
Specify this information:

Actor

To share the personalization with an actor, select the name of the actor.

Actor Group

To share the personalization with an actor group, select the name of the actor group.

Include Actor Group Descendants

If you are sharing the personalization with an actor group, select this check box to include all actors in the actor group structure. To share only with the top level of the group, clear this check box.

An Actor Personalization Already Exists

Select Skip to allow the actor to use the actor's personalization or Overwrite to use the shared personalization.
Click Submit.
