Creating list reports
Use this procedure to create a report from any list. You can then personalize it for all report users.
- Select Configuration Console > Report > Create.

On the Report tab, click Create Report.
Alternatively, you can access this function by selecting Configuration Console > Report > Master, right-clicking a report, and selecting Create List Report.

Specify these items:
- Report Name
- Specify a name for the report.
- Business Class
- Select a business class.
- List
- Select a list.
- Orientation
- Optionally, select an orientation for the report. The default is Landscape.
- Font Point Size Offset
- Optionally, specify a number for the PDF font offset.
- Sharing
- Optionally, select a sharing option. The default is Private.
- Data Source
- Optionally, select a data source. The default is Live.
- Click Submit.
