Deactivating (or reactivating) a report definition or category

If you are required to make a report or category globally unavailable to the Report Catalog, you can deactivate it.

With the report definition or category selected, right-click or go to the Options menu, available from the ellipsis (3-dot) menu on the toolbar. Click Deactivate. A deactivated report definition or category is no longer available in the Report Catalog but does display on the appropriate Report Management tab.

Deactivated report definitions or categories can be reactivated.

With the report definition or category selected, right-click or go to the Options menu, available from the ellipsis (3-dot) menu on the toolbar. Click Activate
