Embedded report management

Users can create reports based off of lists. Select Start > Applications > Administration Console > Reports > Manage Embedded Reports.

The following options are available:

• View Report: Display the selected report.
• Export to CSV: Export the select report to a comma-separated-value file.
• Reassign Owner and Mass Reassign Owner: Change the owner for a report or for multiple reports.
• Purge Reports for Actor: For an actor, delete the actor's reports, folders, related report personalizatons, and, optionally, related audit data and any links to output files (such as PDFs and CSV files) for the actor's reports.
• Delete: Delete the selected report.
