Deleting personalizations

Use this procedure to delete personalizations.

  1. Select Administration Console > Configuration and Personalization > Personalization > Delete Personalizations or Configuration Console > Utilities > Personalization > Delete Personalizations.
  2. Specify this information:
    Subdirectory
    To place the report of deleted personalizations in a subdirectory of the FTP site directory, specify that directory.
    Command Output File Name
    Specify a name and extension for the command output file. For example, CdDeletePersonalizationOut.txt.
    Create User Report
    To create a user report, select this check box.
    Delete All Status
    Select the check box to delete all statuses.
    Actors
    To delete personalizations for all actors, select the Delete From All Actors check box. To delete personalizations for individual actors, clear the Delete From All Actors check box and select up to 10 actors.
  3. Click Schedule to schedule the action for another time or click Submit to immediately delete the personalizations.
