Exporting cube database data

Use this procedure to export cube database data. This data can be useful for debugging and troubleshooting purposes. This procedure will generate an *.ana file. However, unlike a normal create cube or refresh cube, the data will not be loaded to Infor EPM Platform, nor will the AnalyticCube's last update datetime stamp be altered, that is, there will be no changes to the state of the database when this command is run.

  1. Select Administration Console > Database > Export Cube Database Data.
  2. Select the cube for which you want to export database data.
  3. Select either Reload or Refresh from the Actions menu.
  4. If you want to export to a sub-directory of the FTP site directory, specify that directory.
  5. Click Submit to process the cube data export now, or Schedule if you want to schedule the cube data export.
