Reloading cubes

Use this procedure to reload or refresh analytic cubes. Cubes must be reloaded periodically so that they contain up-to-date data and dimensions for the reports that depend on them. The refresh option is only available for cubes whose business class implements auditing. A refresh updates the cube with recent changes but does not rebuild it entirely.

  1. Select Administration Console > Database > Reload and Refresh Cubes.
  2. Select the cube you want to reload or refresh.
  3. Click the ellipsis button and select either Reload or Refresh.
  4. Specify the scheduling information and click Ok.
