Verifying the database
Use this procedure to verify the integrity of the database for the data area from which you are running the Landmark Administration Console. This verifies that the database dictionary and the database definition match.
- Select .
- Specify which tables you want to verify. The choices are All, Module, Business Class, and Other, which, respectively, stand for all tables, all tables in a module, all tables for a business class, or all tables matching an expression, such as Action* for all business classes whose names begin with Action. If you select anything except All, you must then specify the specific module, business class, or file name pattern.
- If you want to export the verification report to a sub-directory of the FTP site directory, specify that directory in the Subdirectory field.
- If you want to name the report differently than the default name of dbverify.txt, specify that name in the Command Output Filename field.
- Click to run the database verification now, or if you want to schedule the database verification.
