Setting up async auditing

When you set up async auditing, you can enable or disable it for all of the async business classes for which auditing is supported, or you can enable or disable the async business classes individually. Any setting you specify for an individual business class will override the global setting.

  1. In the Async Administrator, navigate to Setup and select the Auditing tab.
  2. Click Review.
  3. To specify a global setting for all business classes, select Default, Enabled, or Disabled as the setting for the General business class. The value of Default is "Disabled By Default," which means that until either you change the setting for the General business class or you change the setting for individual business classes, no async auditing will occur.
  4. To override the setting for the General business class for individual business classes, select Enabled or Disabled. If you leave the value as Default, the value for that business class will be taken from the setting for the General business class.
  5. Click Save.
