Viewing a list of business classes excluded from or purged during data copy process
Although the goal of a tenant refresh is to replace the data in a target tenant with
data in the source tenant, there are some exceptions to this general goal. Two of those
exceptions are that the data from some business classes is excluded from being copied
(thus any data in those business classes is preserved in the target tenant) and that
some business classes have their data purged in the target tenant.
To identify which business classes have data that is excluded or purged, you can view a list in the Landmark Administration Console. The information provided through this method is dynamic. You can check it any time you are planning to request a data refresh in order to assist with your pre- and post-copy tasks.
- Select .
- On the Copy Actions page, you can view whether data for a business class will be preserved or purged during a tenant data refresh and also whether the class is an Environment business class. The page has options for searching and for printing, saving to CSV and so on.
