MFA Challenge for privileged actions

Authenticated users will be challenged to enter an MFA (multi-factor authentication) passcode before sensitive information is displayed for actions marked privileged. The Create, Update, Instance action can be marked privileged in Configuration Console. This will add an extra layer of security to prompt a user to enter passcode for MFA before any sensitive information is displayed. Upon successful validation of MFA passcode, the form for the specific action opens up for the user to modify data and submit. JR-3487773
