Changed the default field validation flag from false to true on the IPA Cross Reference UI
Field validation is now enabled by default when manually creating or updating the IPA Cross Reference Values in the UI.
Removed install-lpa*.pl scripts
These delivered scripts that are no longer being used have been removed:
- install-lpa.pl
- install-lpa-MT.pl
- install-lpa-ST.pl
- remove-lpa.pl
