Adding users and assigning tasks to Infor Process Automation

You can perform these tasks in IPA:

  • Add users to Infor Process Automation (IPA)

  • Assign tasks to users

  • Link users or tasks to filters

Perform these steps in a single operation or add a user and return later to assign tasks or link filters.

Note: 

  • Ensure that you are working in the correct product line and data area.

  • Ensure that the user you want to make available for work in IPA is an existing actor in Infor Landmark Technology Runtime.

  • If the user will be scheduling actions, ensure that they have the appropriate access rights in Landmark security.
