Sharing a report with a role or role group

Reports can be shared with a role or a role group, depending on your selection in Sharing. Roles and role groups are created in User Management.

  1. Select Report > Create > Create Report.
  2. In Report Name, specify a descriptive name for the report. You may want to include your user name if you will make the report public.
  3. Select the Business Class and List for the report.
  4. To share the report with a role or role group, specify this information:
    Sharing
    Select Role or Role Group
    Role or Role Group
    Select the role or role group with which you want to share the report.
  5. To save the report and view the results, click Create And View Report.
  6. View the report results at any time from My Reports.
