Adding Landmark Actors to your CloudSuite

This topic describes how to do it through the Landmark Administration Console.

If you are required to be GDPR-compliant, do not use an Actor ID scheme that provides identifying information, such as First Name and Last Name. Use the privacy conventions that have been established at your site.

  1. Access the User Management application and select User Management > MingleCreate.
  2. On the General User Information page, specify information about the actor. This might include prefix, first name, and last name, depending on requirements at your site. Some fields, such as Country, are required by the system. If the required data is not available for selection, contact your system administrator. Click Next when you are finished specifying information.
  3. On the Actor Contact Info page, specify address and other information per requirements at your site. information about the actor. This might include prefix, first name, and last name, depending on your requirements. Click Next
  4. On the Create Identity for User page, select the SSO domain, typically the domain associated with the SSOPV2 service, and specify an identity ID and a password. Click Next
  5. On the Actor Identity Assignment page, select the identity and click Next.
  6. On the Actor Role Assignment page, select roles for the user.
  7. Click Finish.
