Granting access to a web application

Follow these steps to assign a role to a web application.

  1. Sign in to the tenant as an administrator with the role ConfigConsoleSecurityAdmin_ST, SecurityConfigAccess_ST or equivalent role created at your site.
  2. Select the Security Administration web application and navigate to UI Access Control.
  3. On the UI Access Control page, select the Navigation tab and click Create Policy.
  4. On the Create Policy page, perform this configuration.
    1. Select the Web Application.
    2. Select the Role.
    3. Change the Status to Active.
    4. Click Submit.
      The role has access to all content for the web application. To remove access to content, perform access control for the items.
