LPL version analysis

Changes in the application are displayed in the LPL version analysis feature. This information can help you determine if your configuration is still needed or if you need to merge in a new feature.

Note: Your configured LPL is not changed by an application upgrade.

You can compare the differences between tenant configurations and the changed Infor source to determine the impacted configurations. The compare functionality does not apply to folders and personalizations.

  • To view a comparison of the current LPL and the most recent version of the application, select Configuration Console > Change Management > LPL Version Analysis > Compare Last Version.
  • To view a comparison of the current LPL and all versions of the application, select Configuration Console > Change Management > LPL Version Analysis > All Versions.
  • Click an item in the list of impacted configurations to view the LPL.
  • Click the Application Version Comparison tab or the Application vs Configuration Comparison tab to compare changes in the LPL.
  • Click the Comparison Edit Inline link or the Comparison Edit link to edit the LPL. Click Submit to apply the LPL changes.
