To delete failed triggers

Note: Before completing these steps, go to Infor Concierge at https://mingle-portal.us2.prd3.inforcloudsuite.com/v2/CONCIERGE_PRD and create a support incident. Infor Support can help determine whether a trigger can be deleted without affecting other data.
  1. On the Async Administrator main page, select the Failed tab.
  2. Select the failed trigger.
  3. Use the DrillDown feature to find the Checkpoint record associated with the trigger. Delete this record. Be sure that you are deleting the record for the correct trigger. Deleting Checkpoint records can leave data in an incomplete state.
