Redesigning print dialog

The print dialog for both PDF and CSV reports include more options and are more intuitive. They now group options into tabs, and have drop-down menus for Font Offset and Record Limit. A new alert also notifies the user when all records are selected. JR-3262555

Overriding record limit and defaulting to all records

A new user setting allows overriding of the system record limit, and selects all records by default. This selection will be used as the default value in Print to PDF and Export to CSV throughout your applications. If you select No Limit, all records are selected by default when printing. JR-3256784

Automatically downloading or displaying PDF and CSV reports

In most cases, you no longer need to navigate to My Print Files to view PDF and CSV reports. The report is automatically displayed or downloaded (depending on your browser preference) when the print job is complete. Use Maximum Wait Time to Print PDF/CSV in User Settings to specify how much time should pass before the display or download occurs after printing. You can choose to wait five (5), ten (10), or fifteen (15) seconds, or select Never. If you select Never, or if the print job is not finished with the amount of time you select (5, 10, or 15 seconds), then the file will not automatically display or download, and you will have to access it through My Print Files.
