Configuring ION common inbox for IPA

  1. Request this information from Infor ION cloud-ops:
    Note:

    • The Landmark system administrator must configure the Ming.le inbox to populate the configuration needed on the IPA side.
    • ION end point URL
    • Access key
    • Secret key

The configuration can be done by running the paadm mingleinbox create command in the paadm tool or on the Ming.le Inbox page in Process Server Administrator.

This is one-time setup per stack and all the tenants under that stack can make use of it.

  2. Request from Infor ION cloud-ops to specify ENABLEINBOX = 1 in CloudSuite Portal (CSP).
This enables the common inbox feature.
  3. Select Administration Console > Configuration and Personalization.
Note: This step can be done either in the application data area if this needs to be turned on only for that application or in tenant gen data area if this needs to be turned on for all applications.

The inbox application is displayed under the User menu in Ming.le.
