Rerunning a failed scheduled action

You can rerun a schedule action that did not successfully complete.

  1. On My Actions, open My Scheduled Actions and select the action.

    Scheduled actions will display associated action instances on the Action Instances tab. If the schedule action encountered an error, a red flag displays.

  2. To view the detail of an error, open the instance that has the error status. On the Action Instance window, click View Error Summary. This creates an error report for troubleshooting purposes.
  3. To rerun a failed scheduled action, select or open the instance with the error and select Actions > Requeue.
