Creating list reports

Use this procedure to create a report from any list. You can then personalize it for all report users.

  1. Select Configuration Console > Report > Create.
  2. On the Report tab, click Create Report.
    Alternatively, you can access this function by selecting Configuration Console > Report > Master, right-clicking a report, and selecting Create List Report.
  3. Specify these items:
    Report Name
    Specify a name for the report.
    Business Class
    Select a business class.
    List
    Select a list.
    Orientation
    Optionally, select an orientation for the report. The default is Landscape.
    Font Point Size Offset
    Optionally, specify a number for the PDF font offset.
    Sharing
    Optionally, select a sharing option. The default is Private.
    Data Source
    Optionally, select a data source. The default is Live.
  4. Click Submit.
