Viewing and editing reports

  1. To view a report, select a report from the Report > Console or Report > Master menu.
  2. To edit a report, click Update Report on the Console page or right-click and select Edit Report on the Master page.
    • To update the name, in the Name field, specify a name.
    • To update the sharing option, in the Sharing field, select Public, Private, or Group. If you select Group, specify an actor group.
  3. Optionally, specify this information when editing a report:
    Tab Description
    Filter Specify a filter to add it to the filter list that you are creating the report from.
    Display Specify a number for the PDF font offset and select a PDF orientation.
    Data Source Select a data source of Live, As Of Date, or Audit.
    Edit LPL Access the LPL editor. If the backing user list was removed from a report, click Reset LPL to create the backing user list.
    Description Add or update the text description of the report.
    LPL History View changes to the LPL of the report. You can compare the LPL from a specific date to the current or previous LPL.
    Status History View changes to the status made by users or the system.
  4. Click Save.
