Create a Privileged Identity in the SSOP Service

Use the ssoconfig utility to add the wasServer user as a privileged identity in Lawson Security on the Lawson System Foundation server.

  1. At the command prompt for your Lawson environment, type the command to start the ssoconfig utility.

    ssoconfig -c

  2. Enter the password for the ssoconfig utility and press Enter.
  3. Type 7 to Manage privileged access to services and press Enter.
  4. Type 1 to Add new identity and press Enter.
  5. For Lawson Service Name, type SSOP and press Enter.
  6. For Enter key with which you want to associate this identify, press Enter to accept the default.
  7. For Value of identity property USER, type the name of your wasServer user, for example wasLSF10.
  8. For Value of property PASSWORD, type the wasServer user's password.

    When the identity is created, this message appears.

    The identity is created.

  9. Type 5 to exit.
