Log-in URL restriction for multi-tenant customers

Customers should use the GEN endpoint URL when logging into IPD instead of the application endpoint URL. A warning message is displayed if the application endpoint URL is used. The customer is also prompted to save the connection automatically.

IPD would internally use only the GEN endpoint URL for log-in regardless if the connection is automatically saved or not.
