Configuring inbox for IPA

Request this information from Infor ION cloud-ops:
Note:
- In a multi-tenant environment, this step is done by cloud-ops.
- The Landmark system administrator must configure the to populate the configuration needed on the IPA side.

- Secret key
The configuration can be done by running the
paadm mingleinbox create
command in the paadm tool or on the page in Process Server Administrator.This is one-time setup per stack and all the tenants under that stack can make use of it.

Request from Infor ION cloud-ops to specify
ENABLEINBOX = 1 in CloudSuite Portal (CSP).
This enables the common inbox feature.

Select Administration Console > Configuration and Personalization.
Note: This step can be done either in the application data area if this needs to be turned on only for that application or in tenant gen data area if this needs to be turned on for all applications.

On the Configuration Parameters tab, select Actions > Create and specify this information:
- Component
- Specify ion.
- Key
- Specify SendIPAUserActionsToION.
- Value
- Select an option to configure where user
actions are shown:
- ION: User actions are shown only in the common inbox and hides the IPA inbasket from the user interface.
- LANDMARK: User actions are shown only in the IPA inbasket. This is the default value.
- BOTH: User actions are shown in the common inbox and the IPA inbasket.

Add the MingleIONEnabled security class to the user on the
Ming.le side to get the inbox application.
The inbox application is displayed under the User menu in Ming.le.

Create a data flow on the ION side to synchronize users added to or removed
from a task.
This step is required for the common inbox task reassignment to work.
- Access Connection Points in ION Desk.
- Access instance01 or any application similar to CSP Ming.le Application.
- Add the new document Sync.PulseTask and select Send from Application.
- Click Save.
- Access LMRKMT or any application similar to Landmark Content Application.
- Add the new document Sync.PulseTask and select Receive in Application.
- Click Save.
- Access Data Flows in ION Desk.
- Click Add and select Document Flow.
- Specify the name of the data flow.
- Drag and drop the application node to the flow and specify a name for the application.
- Click Add and select instance01 or the application selected in Step 5.b.
- Click the document icon next to the application node and add the new document PulseTask.
- Drag and drop an application node to the flow next to the previous application node and specify a name for the application.
- Select LMRKMT or the application selected in Step 5.e.

Save your changes and click Activate on the new flow.
The flow turns green if successful and if no errors or warnings are present.
