Clearing a checkpoint

Checkpoints can be cleared if the work units needs to be restarted from the beginning. Once the checkpoint is cleared, restarting the work unit will start the work unit from the beginning.

To clear a checkpoint:
  1. Access the Process Server Administrator.
  2. Select Process Server Administrator > Administration > Work Units.
  3. Select a work unit then right-click and select Clear Checkpoint.
    The checkpoint is now cleared.
    Note: Canceling the process also clears the checkpoint.
