Delete the identity/actor record

You must perform this procedure for whatever agent records exist for the user: Employee agent, Recruiter agent, and/or Candidate agent.

  1. In the Infor Rich Client, while in the application product line, navigate to Start, then Data, then person, then Business Classes, and then Agent
  2. Right-click the resource and select Unlink Actor.
  3. Switch to the gen product line, and navigate to Start, then Data, then secuity, then Business Classes, and then IdentityActor.
  4. Double-click IdentityActor to open the Identity Actor List.
  5. Select the identity/actor record to delete.
  6. Click Delete and then click Yes to confirm the deletion.
