Displaying a link to redirect existing employees to Employee Self Service

Use the configuration described here to add a link to Employee Self Service log-in pages that allows existing users to log in to their accounts.

This prevents confusion for users and the creation of multiple accounts.

The feature is not available by default. Making it available requires the security administrator to enable service properties on the authenticating service.

  1. Using the menu system of your choice, for example Infor Rich Client or the web-based interface, access the Security System Management application and select Service.
  2. From the Service List, select the authenticating service, for example, SSOPV2.
  3. On the Details tab, make selections for the following service properties:
    1. For: EnableInternalUsersLoginURL, select TRUE.
    2. For: InternalUsersLoginURL, specify the static URL that existing users use to log in to your system.
  4. Save your choices before exiting.
