The actor "Run As" property is needed for those special users (such as the lawson user and the user designated as the Infor Process Automation user) who run system programs. The "Run As" property, when enabled for a user, means that a system program can be run by that user but the security access will be determined by the security settings of the user who requested the program. For example, if a user requests an action that results in a batch job being executed, the batch job is executed by the lawson user, but the security settings will be those of the user who requested the batch job.
