Determining the URL for the Infor Landmark Mobile Administrator and Other Infor Landmark Mobile Applications
Users of the Infor Landmark Mobile Administrator and of the mobile applications available for some of the Infor Landmark applications need to know the appropriate server and port in order to connect to their Infor Landmark Technology system through the mobile applications. This procedure explains how an administrator can determine that information in order to be able to communicate it to the users.
To determine the URL for the Infor Landmark Mobile Administrator and other Infor Landmark mobile applications
- Log in to a Infor Rich Client session and access the gen product line.
- Access Service . You can search for "Service" or navigate to Data > security > Business Classes > Service.
- On the Service List form, locate the services defined for LAWSON-STRUTS. There will be one for the gen product line and one for each of your application product lines. Their names will be similar to GEN.LAW-ENV.LAWSON-STRUTS and HCM.HCMAPP.LAWSON-STRUTS.
- For each LAWSON-STRUTS service, note the reference service name. It is usually SSOPV2.
- On the Service List form, locate the services that were listed as the reference service for the LAWSON-STRUTS services.
- For the reference service (such as SSOPV2), note the service protocol (whether HTTP or HTTPS) on the Details page.
- On the Service Properties page for the reference service, note the FQDN and the port (the HTTPPort field or the HTTPSPort field, depending on the service protocol).
- Provide mobile application users with the appropriate URL based on the FQDN and the port.
