Adding HTTP Endpoints and Assigning to SSO Domains

Use this procedure to map the HTTP endpoints to an SSO domain. There are two different procedures, depending on whether the endpoint already exists or not. If it already exists, use the update option to add or modify the SSO domain assignment.
