Spell check functionality in Landmark applications
In any text field in forms viewed in the Infor Rich Client, users can right-click in the field and select the Check Spelling option. The Actions menu also contains the Check Spelling option. Selecting Check Spelling starts the spell check process.
In web-facing applications, there is a spell-check icon users can click that starts the spell check process.
The spell check functionality requires a spelling dictionary be loaded in Landmark. The spelling dictionary file is simply a text file with a .dic extension and with a format of one entry or word per line. Many spelling dictionaries are available for download on the internet.
