To delete failed triggers

Note: Before completing these steps, go to Infor Concierge at https://concierge.infor.com/ and create a support incident. Infor Support can help determine whether a trigger can be deleted without affecting other data.
  1. Log into the Infor Rich Client and navigate to Start Applications > Async Administrator > Async Framework Components > Triggers.
  2. Select the failed trigger.
  3. Use the DrillDown feature to find the Checkpoint record associated with the trigger. Delete this record. Be sure that you are deleting the record for the correct trigger. Deleting Checkpoint records can leave data in an incomplete state.
