Reporting Overview

There are several types of reports available in Landmark. These reports are available after your initial installation and configuration steps are complete, and do not require any additional setup.

• Embedded Analytics include cube views, charts, and graphs that are created using cubes that are embedded in the application. Users can modify the data included in these cubes if they have the required security access. Note that the data in cubes is not real time data. Rather, the cube must be refreshed to update data. Administrators can specify how often data is refreshed automatically, and can refresh data on demand. Analytics widgets can be added to your custom landing pages by using Infor Landing Page Designer.

• List views are transaction reports. Any list in an application can be exported as a report, for example, to a PDF file or Excel spreadsheet. Lists can be configured and filtered as needed, and saved in the modified format.
• Standard reports are built with Java and are created around specific financial batch programs. Examples of standard reports include Inventory Availability Report, Income Statement, Financial Structure Analysis. Standard reports are available in PDF but can also be exported to CSV or Excel spreadsheet. Standard reports can be scheduled to run at a specific time and frequency through the Job Console.
• Custom reports can be created using a number of tools, such as Infor Spreadsheet Designer, or Analytics Self-Service. Users can use these tools to create a customized report if lists or standard reports do not meet their needs.
