Personalizing Forms
You may want to personalize a form by adding or removing a field from the form, formatting its appearance, setting validity constraints to only accept certain values or add actions to the form. For example, an HR Generalist may choose to modify labels on the Employee form to alert them to changes or hide fields they find distracting.
You can personalize a form directly from the form. Click Options > Personalize. This opens an editor view of the form. This is the recommended method for creating personalized forms.
When you are personalizing a form in the form editor view, the form background becomes gray and all field labels display with brackets around them. This table lists the types of changes you can make to a form in the form editor view.
