To capture database tier session debug information in the Infor Rich Client

  1. Open a user session of the Infor Rich Client.
  2. From the Show menu, select Settings.
  3. On the Landmark tab, check the Log Database Tier Session Debug check box, and click OK.
  4. Optional, specify the level of detail for the capturing of the database tier session debug: minimal (timestats only), basic, standard, or verbose. Standard is the default.
  5. Perform the actions in the Infor Rich Client that you want to capture for the database tier session debug.
  6. From the Show menu, select Settings.
  7. On the Landmark tab, clear the mark from the Log Database Tier Session Debug check box, and click OK.
