Deleting a Data Area

delda deletes a data area, or all data areas in a product line.

At a Landmark command prompt, type

delda [-D] [-v displayoptions] dataarea

– or –

delda -a [-D] [-v displayoptions] productline

Consider the following:


Program Option	Description
`-a`	Delete all data areas in a product line.
`-D`	Delete the data from the database.
`productline`	The product line, when all data areas in a product line are to be deleted.
`-d dataarea`	The data area to be deleted.
`-v`	`errorlevel`, `tracelevel`, and `verbose` specified in any order, where: errorlevel = {n}none \| {f}atal \| {e}rror \| {w}arning (warning is the default) tracelevel = 0:6 where 0 is no message and 6 is everything verbose = whether to display exception stacktrace
