To hide actions conditionally on a form

  1. In the Infor Rich Client, access the Configuration Console.
  2. Select Business Classes and, if a business class configuration for a form does not already exist for the business class form whose toolbar you want to modify, create that business class form configuration. If the business class form configuration already exists, expand the business class, expand Configured Forms, select the form, and click Configure.
  3. Expand Actions in the left pane and select Restricted.
  4. Select an action in the Restrictable Actions column.
  5. In the right-most panel, select the Restrict Action (hide) check box and then create a condition. (Click Builder to use the Condition Builder Helper.)
  6. When you have finished making changes, click the Save button.
