Change the default time zone for a data area

Change the default time zone from UTC. For example, you can change the default time zone to the time zone of your corporate headquarters.

  1. In the Infor Rich Client, access the Configuration Console for Application.
  2. Open the time zone list in Data Area > Time Zones.
  3. Find and highlight the time zone you want to be the default for the data area.
  4. Make sure the time zone is active. Set In Use to Yes (or open the record and select In Use). Save the change.
  5. Optionally, you can change the display name. Open the record and type a new display name. Save the record.
  6. Select Actions > Make Default.
