Importing configurations and personalizations

Use this procedure to import configurations and personalizations. Use this action if you have exported configurations and personalizations, made changes, and want to restore the previous set of configurations and personalizations.

    • Select Keep Source Value to keep the value from the cdimport file. It is rare to keep the source values if you are importing from a different environment. You should not have two different environments replicating to the same target.
    • Select Keep Target Value to ignore the value in the cdimport file. Use this option if you are doing an update for the replication set and the replication set business class.
    • Select Clear to reset the status value. Use this option if you are creating a new data area and want to use the replication set definitions.
