Attaching the user BOD documents

Infor ION document flows describe how information flows between systems. Document flows use connection points to define the systems and their interfaces. User BOD configuration involves updating connection points and creating a document flow to implement the integration of user security data.

This procedure explains how to attach the appropriate user BOD documents for your product and for Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le).

  1. Log into Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le).
  2. Select ION DESK.
  3. From the navigation pane, click Connect > Connection Points.
  4. From the Connection Points view, select the connection point for your installation. This is the name that was used when the IOBox was created, for example, "LSF." You can hover over the description of the connection point to identify it.
  5. Click the plus sign on the Documents section.
  6. On the Add Documents page, select the following required documents, and then click OK:
    • Process.SecurityUserMaster
    • Sync.SecurityRoleMaster
    • Sync.SecurityUserMaster
Note: To locate the documents, filter by the word security.
  7. On the page to assign send and receive behavior for the documents, select the following behavior for each document:
