User BODs coming to Landmark

User BODs coming from Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) to Landmark can have the statuses shown in the table:

ION Inbox Status Meaning / Troubleshooting steps
Processed The user or role assignment was successfully created or updated in Landmark
Unprocessed Access Async Administrator to review the ION Inbox queue for failed triggers. For any Terminated Abnormally errors, try requeueing or deleting them. If the Terminated Abnormally status returns, the cause of the errors must be investigated.
Failed

Perform the same steps as for Unprocessed above. In this case, it might be necessary to review the user BOD that was sent for a problem with the record in Infor OS Portal (or Infor Ming.le) User Management. If this is the case, resolve the issue and retrigger the user BOD.
