Configuring your Twilio account in IPA

Before you start, ensure that you have a Twilio account.

See Setting up a Twilio account.

  1. Access the Process Server Administrator and select Configuration > System Configuration.
  2. Create or update a configuration set.
  3. Click the SMS tab.
  4. From the SMS tab menu, click Actions > Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Account SID

    Specify your Twilio account SID.

    Auth Token

    Specify your Twilio Auth Token.

    From Number

    Specify your Twilio phone number. This is the number we will send the SMS from.

    Maximum Number of SMS Recipients

    Specify the number of recipients that can receive the text.

    The default number is 1000.

  6. Save your changes.
