Views

Available from the Designer Window menu, views provide information about the processes or the selected activity node.

The subsections below explain where views are located by default. They can be closed (and re-opened) through the Window/Show View menu on the toolbar.

Activity node view

Activity nodes are the building blocks of a process. They are the actions that a process can perform. Your main job in designing a process is configuring activity nodes.

The activity node view, located by default on the right side of the main Designer window, is the location from which you drag and connect nodes.

Process issues

Displays problems with a process, including connectivity issues, inappropriate use of an activity node and so on.

Properties

Displays the properties of the currently selected activity node.

Variables

Shows a list of variables available to the currently selected activity.

To copy a variable to the clipboard, right-click the variable to open the context menu, then click Copy. You can then paste the variable into a field.

Fields where variables can be used are annotated with a light bulb icon. Press Ctrl+[space] to view a list of available variables.

Breakpoints

Shows a list of breakpoints available to be added to a process.
