Configuring the Resource Update node

  1. On the General tab, specify this information:
    Configuration name

    Select the configuration to use for this activity. To use an existing configuration, select a name from the list. If you leave the field blank, the default configuration is used.

    Action

    Select an action from the list and click Build to set up the query. These are the available options:

    • Add

    • Update

    • Delete

    Resource Delimiter

    Specify a delimiter for attributes with multiple values. The default delimeter is |.

    For example, to update the Role attribute with APVEND and APVENDFiles, you can use & to separate the values and write it as APVEND&APVENDFiles.

  2. On the On Error tab, specify this information:
    What should happen on an error?

    Select from the available options.

    Select Stop process to stop the processing of the flow when a failure occurs. If you select Continue process, the process attempts to complete and record failure details in the log file.

    Notify

    Select this check box to send a notification when an error occurs. If this option is selected, you must fill out the notification details.

    Custom log entry

    Select this check box to have a custom log entry in addition to the system-generated log entry.
