Proceed tab

You can use this tab to configure how the process determines when to proceed to the next node in the process, which is the proceeding condition, and how the process responds if there is a failure, which is the condition failure action.

You can configure the proceeding condition by selecting an option in the Proceed when field. This table shows the options in the Proceed when field:

Option Description
Any one recipient takes an action

Select this option to require any one user to take an action before the process proceeds to the next step.

For example, if work is routed to five users, the first user to take action causes the process to move to the next step.

All recipients take the same action

Select this option to require all users to take an action before the process proceeds to the next step.

For example, if work is routed to five users, all five users must take the action in order for the process to move to the next step.

Note: 

This option only supports routing directly to users. In the Work Assignment section, you must select the specific users who will perform the action.

% of recipients takes a specific action

Select this option to specify the percentage of users that must take an action.

For example, you can specify that 50% of the users must take an action.

When this option is selected, you must specify the name of the action and the percentage. From the Action taken list, select an existing action and then specify in the percentage of users who must respond.

Note: 

This option only supports routing directly to users. In the Work Assignment section, you must select the specific users who will perform the action.

% of recipients takes the same action

Select this option to require a percentage of users to take the same action.

For example, you can specify that 50% of the users take the same action.

When this option is selected, you must specify percentage of users who must respond.

You can configure the Condition failure action, which is the action that will be taken if the recipients that do not comply with proceeding condition. On the On condition fail do field, select one of the actions that you created when in the Actions section of the General tab.
