Creating the value of the Core Pool Size for a data area

You can use the paadm tool to create the value of the Core Pool Size for a data area.

  1. Access the paadm tool.
  2. On the command line, run this command:

    paadm cfgprm create --tenant <tenant-id> --dataarea <data-area> --category Dispatcher --name "Core Pool Size" --type Numeric --value <core-pool-size>

    This table shows the variables specified in the command:

    Variable Description
    <tenant-id> The tenant ID
    <data-area> The name of the data area under which the Core Pool Size is to be created
    <core-pool-size> The value for the new core pool size
